COULD this be the ghost of pirate Willy Wilcox?

This snap, captured by holidaymaker John Dyer in Polperro, appears to show a shadowy figure at the back of the cave where, legend has it, where the notorious smuggler is said to have died.

Folklore holds that Willy disappeared while hiding out in the area's labyrinthine caves and now his spirit walks among them.
