These items have been suspected to bring bad luck, harass, hurt, or even to murder people, sometimes over centuries… Some think that they may be possessed by evil spirits, others that what happened to their owners are only coincidences. Whether all the tragedies around them are due to a demonic influence or just to bad luck, these objects have caused so much trouble and drama that people tried to get rid of them by all means by casting them away, donating them to museums, or having them (unsuccessfully) destroyed.
